CWD'S TERMS OF USE

Please read CWD's Terms of Use in full before purchase or use anything from our site.
By purchasing or using anything from Chimera Web Design you agree to the following terms of use.

All pages will be completed in 2-7 days upon receiving your payment and order form.

If, under any circumstance, we know your page will not be completed in the 2-7 days timeline, we will notify you via email of the exact date your page will be completed. This may happen if we have a lot of orders to fill at once.

All league pages come as you see it when you purchased it. Add ons to your page, such as, dolls, music, and additional boxes must be specified in your order form upon purchase as I charge an additional $10 fee to add these items in.

You will have 48 hours upon your page being delivered to have CWD make any alterations, adjustments, or corrections to your page. After the 48 hours is up, CWD will charge an additional $5 - $10 fee for any alterations, adjustments, or corrections UNLESS you have purchased a maintenance package as well.

It is NOT my responsibility to make any adjustments, corrections, or add ons once your page has been finished UNLESS you have purchased a maintenance package as well.

CWD will NOT be responsible to fix your page after it is on your hosting site and has been edited by yourself or your staff.

If you order a custom page and we make the page as you requested it, if you then change your mind and want different colors, etc, there will be an additonal $10 fee for time to redo the page.

If you have ordered a premade page and want it converted into a beta module set or a plus league module set, and we convert that page for you and get it installed, that you want different colors, etc. there will be a $15 fee for our time to redo the page.

1. All league pages purchased by you must maintain our copyright on them, unless you have purchased the copyrights from us.
2. If you purchase a league page for a league and if that league gets deleted, your league page is no longer usable and can't be used for any other league.
3. If you purchase a league page and you leave that league, the league page you purchased for that league must stay with that league.
4. After you have purcased a league page from CWD, and you decide you want to change the images and backgrounds,you must obtain prior written permission from CWD and you must leave our copyrights on the template.
5. All orders must be paid for in advance before CWD begins work on a page.
6. All orders must have an order form submitted before CWD begins work on a page. Your page will not be started until CWD has received both the form and your payment.
7. If you order a custom page and CWD makes it per your request and you change your mind on images and colors, etc, there will be a $10 fee to redo the page.
8. CWD will only make adjustments, corrections, or add ons to a page after it is delivered for 48 hours. After the 48 hours is up there will be a $5 - $10 fee for this work depending on how many corrections, adjustments, and add ons asked for.
9. All transactions pertaining to league pages need to be done via email. All YIM page requests will be ignored.
10. No refunds will be given under any circumstance, unless CWD deems it notable to do so.
11. You may edit codes for names, dolls, etc. Combining our codes with another designers codes is not permitted and will result in immediate termination of our contract and no refunds will be given if this happens.

*NOTE FROM CWD: If at anytime CWD discovers you are using your page for anything pornographic, drugs, or any illegal activity, or that your page is being misused and/or our copyrights have been removed, CWD will end the contract with you without warning and you will not receive a refund.

:: TOURNEY PAGES ::
All free tourney pages may be used on leagues tourney hosts host for.

1. You may not, at anytime, use any images that CWD has on the FREE tourney pages on anything else or for anything else, except the tourney page it was created for.
2. You may not, at anytime, change the graphics on the tourney pages or remove my copyrights or the artists copyrights off the tour pages or images.
3. You may not, at anytime, upload CWD's free tourney pages to your server/hosting site for storage.
4. You may not, at anytime, put your name on CWD's free tourney pages unless it's to be included in the section where you are allowed to put your tourney rules or a message to the players.

:: LEAGUE PAGES AND BETA MOD SETS::
The free league pages may be used on myleague / greatleague You must first be a registered member of my site to request the league template you wish to use, you must supply me with the league link that the template will be used on, your name on that league, your position on that league, and the league name.

* I will be keeping a monthly data base of the leagues who request pages and will be checking those links monthly to make sure all rules have been followed.

1. Free league pages/beta module sets must stay in tact as they were designed. This means you can not change any of the images, backgrounds, colors, etc.
2. You may not, at anytime, use any of the images and backgrounds on the league pages/beta module sets on any other template.
3. You may not, at anytime, remove my copyrights from the free league page/beta set.
4. You may not, at anytime, upload the contents of CWD's free league pages/beta module sets, to your server. (this of course does not pertain to uploading the codes so it is veiwable to your league)
5. You may not, at anytime, take credit for the images/layout codes used on the free league pages/beta sets.
6. You may edit codes for names, dolls, etc. Combining our codes with another designers codes is not permitted and will result in immediate termination of our contract and no refunds will be given if this happens.

You may NOT, at anytime, replace any of the graphics used on a free league page or beta module. All pages must stay in the exact form as you received them upon request.

*NOTE FROM CWD: If we find our templates being miused in any way, illegal images used on them, our copyright to the layout removed. You will be given 24 hours to make the page right. After that you will be placed in the Designers Hall of Shame along with your league's name and link.

CWD hosts all your images for your page on our server for no additional cost. If your league is deleted you have 30 days to notify CWD that you wish to keep the images and/or page otherwise your images and page will be deleted and it will not be retrievable.

NOTE FROM CWD: If at anytime we find our images being used on a pornographic site, used for drug sale, or any other illegal activity, your images will be removed from our server without warning to you.

All payments need to be made before CWD will begin work on your page. If, by chance, you pay with an e-check, your order will not be started until the e-check clears.

NO REFUNDS!
All sales are final and no refunds will be given for any reason unless CWD feels it deemable to do so.

You must ALWAYS obtain permission from us to use our layouts for your business in designing pages. You may submit an email to us with your site name, addy, and YIM information.

Designers may purchase pages we have up for sale to resell as their own. However, the price for these pages are different then what is offered to league owners and there are additional designer fees to be paid. Please contact CWD if you ever want to purchase a page for resale on your design site.

We work hard on our layouts/league pages and we don't appreciate our time and work being taken from us and claimed as someone elses. If you don't like people stealing/ripping from you then please, don't do it to us.

1. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. All users of our services are to know these terms and to keep up with them as part of our contract.
2. Images used in our pages are purchased from stock, have been noted deemable to be used on pages for sale, or are public domain to our knowledge.
3. We do not claim images as ours unless we have personally made them by scratch in our psp or ps. We do not charge for any images that we have used in the making of any pages unless we have made them from scrap using our psp. We only charge for the time it takes us to code the layout and for hosting the page content on our paid servers.

NOTE FROM CWD: If you are an artist of any image we have used by chance to create a page and you would like the image removed, please email with proof that they belong to you and we will remove them promptly.
